In S1C effort to reduce the number of newly diagnosed HIV & STD cases reported each year in the African American MSM youth population (ages 18-24), S1C has developed a strategic program in the area of outreach prevention. (H.Y.P.E.) - Helping Youth with Prevention and Empowerment.
Our objective is to reach our youth where they are. Taking our prevention program where they congregate and socialize. We also have an in house empowerment group.
